Emergency Goods

FamBarLogoedit4Domestic violence often causes individuals and families to leave home quickly. PRDVS victims and others in need receive vouchers, allowing them to “purchase” clothing and household goods at the PRDVS Family Bargain Center.

A mission-based, community thrift store open to the community at large, the Family Bargain Center also provides supplemental funding to PRDVS programs through the sales of donated goods.

Since it’s beginning, the Family Bargain Center has donated clothing and household items to community members in need through our voucher program. In addition to PRDVS clients, we assist other community non-profits and schools in our service area through the Family Bargain Center voucher program.

Arizona landfills benefit, too! The Family Bargain Center diverts more than 10,000 pounds of goods from Arizona landfills every year! We have reused or repurposed nearly 125,000 an pounds of clothing and shoes since 2010.

Family Bargain Center vouchers are issued at the PRDVS main office, as well as through several churches in Page. Clothing and blankets are free. We ask that people work off half of the price of furniture and televisions, if possible.

Please support the cause by shopping at the Family Bargain Center. We sell donated consumer household goods and clothes at reasonable cost to the community at large. Proceeds help fuel vital programs and services for victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse.
