TAKING BACK AUTUMN, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE LUMINARY

PRDVS held a evening luminary service in honor of Autumn Tenney, a domestic violence victim who was killed by her boyfriend on May 12, 2012. December 3 was Autumn’s birthday and on a cold evening in the City of Page Memorial Park, family and friend gathered to remember Autumn and raise awareness that domestic violence in our community. The Tenney family is establishing the Taking Back Autumn Foundation to to help educate, prevent, and assist in rural domestic violence.

To help raise awareness about domestic violence and our services, team members from the Family Bargain Center represented the PRDVS in the 10th Anniversary of the Annual Main Street Parade of Lights for the Page and Lake Powell area.
